Nimetatud muudatusi kajastatakse www.elevenaustralia.ee veebilehel.<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Hinnad<\/strong>&#13;\n1) www.elevenaustralia.ee veebipoes on k\u00f5ik hinnad eurodes, sisaldavad 20% k\u00e4ibemaksu ja ilma saatmiskuluta.&#13;\n2) Kui tellimus j\u00e4\u00e4b alla 50 euro, lisandub saatekulu vastavalt kliendi valitud saatmise viisile.<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Tellimus<\/strong>&#13;\n1) Kliendi ostukorv luuakse hetkest, mil ta on klikkinud lingile \u201cLisa Ostukorvi\u201d, seej\u00e4rel on v\u00f5imalik j\u00e4tkata toodete sirvimist v\u00f5i alustada tellimist.&#13;\n2) Tellimus katkestatakse kui klient ei ole tasunud 100% tellimuse summast 24 tunni jooksul tellimuse vormistamise hetkest. Sellisel juhul tuleb tellimus vormistada uuesti.&#13;\n3) Tellimuse eest tuleb tasuda koheselt pangalingi kaudu, kui inimene on lisanud oma andmed ja kinnitanud tellimuse.&#13;\n4) Tellimuse eest saab tasuda Eestis Swedbank, SEB, Luminor, LHV, Coop, Pocopay ja Liisi ID pangalingi kaudu. Pangalingi teenuse partneriks on Maksekeskus AS.<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>M\u00fc\u00fcgilepingu j\u00f5ustumine<\/strong>&#13;\n1) M\u00fc\u00fcgileping j\u00f5ustub hetkest, kui raha on j\u00f5udnud 11Reasons O\u00dc arveldusarvele.&#13;\n2) 11Reasons O\u00dc on kliendi isikuandmete vastutav t\u00f6\u00f6tleja, 11Reasons O\u00dc edastab maksete teostamiseks vajalikud isikuandmed volitatud t\u00f6\u00f6tleja Swedbank AS-le.<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Kohaletoimetamine<\/strong>&#13;\n1) Peale m\u00fc\u00fcgilepingu j\u00f5ustumist (Kliendipoolset arve tasumist) komplekteerib www.elevenaustralia.ee tellimuse ning annab selle \u00fcle kohaletoimetamiseks meie logistikapartneritele (Itella SmartPOST, Venipak).&#13;\n2) Tellimus pakitakse ja antakse \u00fcle logistikapartnerile tavaliselt peale tellimuse eest tasumist samal v\u00f5i j\u00e4rgmisel t\u00f6\u00f6p\u00e4eval, kuid mitte hiljem kui 3 t\u00f6\u00f6p\u00e4eva m\u00f6\u00f6dudes.&#13;\n3) Tellimused j\u00f5uavad peale tellimuse t\u00e4itmist valitud asukohta Eesti piires reeglina 1-2 t\u00f6\u00f6p\u00e4eva jooksul.&#13;\n3) Viivitusteta kohaletoimetamiseks palume olla hoolikad kohaletoimetamise andmete sisestamisel tellimuse vormistamisel.&#13;\n4) Transpordi k\u00e4igus vigastada saanud saadetistele kus tooted, kuid mitte tootepakendid, on saanud kahjustusi saavad Kliendile asendatud. Asendamise v\u00f5imatuks osutumise korral pakume kahjustatud kauba maksumuse h\u00fcvitamist.&#13;\n5) www.elevenaustralia.ee ei vastuta kauba kohaletoimetamise viibimise eest juhul, kui kaup on logistikapartneritele \u00fcle antud Kliendile lubatud kohaletoimetamise p\u00e4evaks \u00f5igeaegselt, kuid kohaletoimetamise viibimine on tingitud asjaoludest, mida www.elevenaustralia.ee ei saanud m\u00f5jutada v\u00f5i ette n\u00e4ha.<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Tagastamis\u00f5igus<\/strong>&#13;\n1) www.elevenaustralia.ee\u00a0veebipoes kehtivad k\u00f5ik Eesti vabariigi seadusega kehtestatud 14 p\u00e4evane toodete tagastamise ja garantiikord.&#13;\n2) Kauba tagastamiseks tuleb koheselt saata e-mail\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:support@balmainhair.ee\">info@elevenaustralia.ee<\/a>. Tagastamis\u00f5igus kehtib 14 p\u00e4eva kauba k\u00e4tte saamise p\u00e4evast.&#13;\n3) Tagastatav kaup peab olema kasutamata, rikkumata ja originaalpakendis.&#13;\n4) Kauba tagastamine toimub kliendi kulul v.a juhul kui kaup ei vasta tellitule v\u00f5i on praak.&#13;\n5) 11Reasons O\u00dc tagastab raha tagastatava toote eest koheselt, kuid mitte hiljem kui 10 t\u00f6\u00f6p\u00e4eva jooksul alates kauba k\u00e4tte saamisest.<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>V\u00e4\u00e4ramata j\u00f5ud<\/strong>&#13;\n1) www.elevenaustralia.ee ei vastuta teile tekitatud kahjude v\u00f5i kauba kohaletoimetamise viibimise eest juhul, kui kahju v\u00f5i kauba kohaletoimetamise viibimine on tingitud asjaoludest, mida www.elevenaustralia.ee ei saanud m\u00f5jutada v\u00f5i ette n\u00e4ha.<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Pretensioonide esitamise kord<\/strong>&#13;\nVastavalt v\u00f5la\u00f5igusseadusele on Kliendil \u00f5igus pretensioone esitada 2 aasta jooksul tootel ilmnenud lepingutingimuste mittevastavuse eest alates kauba k\u00e4ttesaamisest, sellest kuue esimese kuu jooksul tekkinud defekti puhul eeldatakse, et see oli olemas ostmise momendil ning defekti iseloomu peab v\u00e4lja selgitama m\u00fc\u00fcja.&#13;\n1) Toote defekti ilmnemisel, kohustub Klient teavitama www.elevenaustralia.ee-d probleemidest e-posti aadressil info@elevenaustralia.ee ning esitama j\u00e4rgmise informatsiooni: nimi, kontaktandmed ja toote puudus. Vastav avaldus peab olema saadetud mitte hiljem kui 1-kuu jooksul peale defekti avastamist.&#13;\n2) www.elevenaustralia.ee ei vastuta:&#13;\nKliendi s\u00fc\u00fcl v\u00f5i hoolimatusel tekkinud toote kahjustamise eest.&#13;\nDefektide eest, mis on tekkinud toote mittesihip\u00e4rase kasutamise tagaj\u00e4rjel&#13;\nToote loomuliku f\u00fc\u00fcsilise kulumise eest tavap\u00e4rase kasutamise korral.&#13;\n3) K\u00f5ik pretensioonid vaadatakse \u00fcle koheselt, kuid mitte hiljem kui 14 p\u00e4eva jooksul.<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Isikuandmed<\/strong>&#13;\nIsikuandmete t\u00e4psem t\u00f6\u00f6tlemine on kirjeldatud meie <a class=\"rank-math-link\" href=\"https:\/\/www.elevenaustralia.ee\/privaatsuspoliitika\/\">privaatsuspoliitikas<\/a>.
